"I have a cover dated FE 22 93 bearing no adhesive stamp but a handstruck Crown over "PAID AT BARBADOES" and normal postmark. I gather it was used during a temporary shortage of 1d. stamps. Can any member give the inclusive dates when it was in use? I have also seen a similar cover dated FE 23 93.
